Farrier Review: Glushu for lameness.
Thank you to farrier Ollie Dand who shared their experience of using Glushu glue on horse shoes for horse suffering lameness due to poor hoof wall and scar tissue. Check out more of Ollis work on his facebook page - www.facebook.com/Olliedandfarrier.
If you would like to try Glushu for your horse please order from our online store or at your local farrier supply.
If you have any questions about Glushu please contact us info@glushu.com.
From Olli,
“I recently used GluShu’s on a client who had an old DDFT tear with scar tissue and needed some support. This horse had a very poor hood wall and nailing on conventional shoes resulted in lameness and breaking up of the hoof.
We decided to give GluShu’s a go with wedges and they aided in lifting the heels to take pressure off the tendons.
We have found this made him more comfortable day to day and enabled him to enjoy a more varied ridden life.
I would recommend GluShu’s and would use them again in future.
We cover the whole of Surrey so if you need our help please get in touch!
